Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless defective:
- Clearance or sale items
- Special order items
- Consumable products
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage after delivery
Return Approval
All returns must be approved by StockroomTT before being returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Where available, defective products may be exchanged for the same item instead of issuing a refund.
